Kyle is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) with his B.S. in Psychology from Wittenberg (where he also played varsity basketball). He has been training professionally since 2012 and is currently pursuing his Doctoral degree in Alternative Medicine.
Kyle’s clients absolutely LOVE what he does for them! His clientele ranges from teens to fifty-some-things and have one thing in common; they all have been able to dramatically improve their physical capabilities under Kyle’s tutelage.

I have always had a passion for fitness and helping others, and personal training is a perfect combination of the two. I find every day in this profession to be very rewarding as I am able to not only see changes in my clients transform physically, but also in their overall well being. Personal training also gives me the opportunity to meet such interesting people in an atmosphere that allows for long lasting relationships with great people I would have otherwise never gotten the opportunity to get to know on that kind of level.
Prior to beginning my professional career, I gained experience designing training programs for varsity sports teams at Wittenberg, where I also played on the schools Basketball team. My training style is very fast-paced and usually (in some way) incorporates the entire body in order to regulate hormone levels and accelerate results. I specialize in adolescent athletes but have experience with all ages and types. My intra-workout strategy involves improving muscle balance for injury prevention and the promotion of longevity.
I am extremely interested in all aspects of the human body-how it works/thinks, how to help it perform optimally, how to heal it quickly/safely, etc. Therefore, I am currently pursuing a doctorate in oriental medicine with plans to open up a practice that goes beyond that scope and include various forms of “alternative” medicine/healing that are safe and natural.
